THE RANGE RESALE EXCHANGE
CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This Consignment Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Range Resale Exchange (“Company”) and the individual submitting items for consignment (“Consignor”).

By submitting items for review, shipping items, or otherwise participating in the consignment process, Consignor agrees to the following terms.

  1. ITEM SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL

Consignor must first submit photographs and a description of items for review.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or decline any item for consignment based on submitted photographs or other information.

Approval to ship items does not guarantee acceptance for final sale. Items may be declined after physical inspection upon arrival.

Items that do not meet the Company’s quality or authenticity standards may be returned to the Consignor at Consignor’s Expe

  1. SHIPPING LABEL AND SHIPMENT

If items are approved for consignment, the Company may provide a pre-paid shipping label, recommended box size and instructions for shipment.

Consignor agrees to package items securely and follow shipping instructions provided by the Company.

Risk of loss during shipping is governed by the shipping carrier's policies.

  1. CONSIGNMENT OF ITEMS

Upon acceptance by the Company, approved items will be held on consignment.

Ownership of the items remains with the Consignor until the item is sold.

The Company will have possession of the items solely for the purposes of inspection, photography, storage, marketing, and sale.

  1. CONSIGNMENT PERIOD

Items accepted for consignment will remain under the Company’s control for a minimum consignment period of one hundred eighty (180) days unless otherwise agreed.

During this period the Consignor may not request the return of items except under special circumstances approved by the Company.

After the consignment period ends, unsold items may be returned upon request, subject to applicable return and shipping fees.

  1. PRICING AND LISTING

The Company will determine the listing price of all items based on market conditions, brand value, item condition, and demand.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices, offer discounts, and include items in promotional events in order to facilitate the sale of consigned items.

The Company may reduce prices over time to increase the likelihood of sale.

  1. MARKETING AND SALE

The Company will photograph, describe, and list items for sale through its marketplace and marketing channels.

The Company may advertise and promote items at its discretion.

The Company does not guarantee that any item will sell within a specific timeframe.

  1. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT

When an item sells, the Company will retain a 50% commission from the final sale price.

The remaining balance (“Consignor Proceeds of 50% will be paid to the Consignor.

Payment will be issued after the buyer’s return period has expired and the sale is considered final.

Payment will be made through the Company’s designated payout method.

  1. BUYER RETURNS

Items sold through the Company may be subject to a buyer return period.

If an item is returned by the buyer during the applicable return window, the sale will be canceled and the item may be relisted for sale.

Consignor proceeds will only be paid after the buyer return window has closed.

  1. CONDITION AND AUTHENTICITY

Consignor represents and warrants that:

• they are the lawful owner of the items
• the items are authentic and not counterfeit
• the items are free from liens or claims
• the items are not stolen or unlawfully obtained

The Company reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet authenticity or quality standards.

  1. LOSS OR DAMAGE

While items are in the Company’s possession, the Company will take reasonable care in handling and storage.

The Company is not responsible for minor wear resulting from normal handling, photography, or customer inspection.

Liability for loss or damage shall not exceed the expected consignor proceeds for the item.

  1. RETURN OF UNSOLD ITEMS

Unsold items may be returned to the Consignor after the consignment period upon request.

Return shipping costs and handling fees may apply and will be paid by Consignor.

If the Consignor does not request the return of unsold items within ninety (90) days after notice from the Company, the items may be considered abandoned.

  1. ABANDONED PROPERTY

Items not reclaimed within ninety (90) days after notification may be considered abandoned.

The Company may donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned items at its discretion.

  1. TERMINATION OF CONSIGNMENT

Consignment ends when:

• an item sells
• the Company returns the item
• the consignment period expires and the item is reclaimed
• the Company declines to continue listing the item

The Company reserves the right to terminate consignment at any time.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company’s liability for any claim related to consigned items shall not exceed the amount ultimately paid to the Consignor for the item.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Company operates.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting photographs, shipping items, or otherwise participating in the consignment process, the Consignor acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
