THE RANGE RESALE EXCHANGE
SALES AGREEMENT
By submitting merchandise to The Range Resale Exchange, you agree to the following terms:
1. Preliminary Price
Based on the photographs and information you provide, The Range Resale Exchange may provide you with a
preliminary purchase price for your merchandise. This preliminary price is an estimate based solely on the
information and photographs provided and is not a final or guaranteed purchase price.
2. Free Shipping
If you choose to proceed, The Range Resale Exchange will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the
merchandise to us for inspection. You agree to package the merchandise securely and accurately include the items
represented in your submission.
3. Inspection & Final Price
After receiving your merchandise, we will inspect it to verify its authenticity, brand, model, size, materials, condition,
and other relevant characteristics.
• Confirm the preliminary purchase price;
• Increase or decrease the purchase price based on the actual merchandise received; or
• Decline to purchase an item if it is materially different from the photographs or description provided, is determined
not to be authentic, or otherwise does not meet our purchasing standards.
If the final purchase price differs from the preliminary price, you will be notified of the revised price and given the
opportunity to accept or decline it before the sale is completed.
4. Payment
Once the final purchase price is approved, the sale becomes final and ownership of the merchandise transfers to The
Range Resale Exchange. Payment will then be issued using the payment method agreed upon by the seller and The
Range Resale Exchange.
5. If You Decline a Revised Price
If we revise the preliminary price and you do not accept the final purchase price, the merchandise will be returned to you.
6. Seller's Representation
• You are the lawful owner of the merchandise and have the right to sell it.
• The merchandise is authentic to the best of your knowledge.
• The photographs and information you provide accurately represent the merchandise and its condition.
• You have disclosed any significant damage, alterations, repairs, or other material issues known to you.
7. Final Sale
Once you accept the final purchase price and payment is issued, the transaction is final. The merchandise becomes the property of The Range Resale Exchange, which may subsequently advertise, price, resell, or otherwise dispose of the merchandise at its sole discretion.
Seller Agreement

By checking the agreement box on our submission form and submitting your merchandise, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
